Location
When travelling up the A392 Gannel Rd turn left at the roundabout off the first exit, drive along Pentire Rd, at the junction stay on the same road to Pentire Ave. When you see the street signs for Fistral Cresent turn right. The car park is on your left with metal railings, before the road dips down.
Parking space labelled 13 - You must display the permit at all times during your stay to avoid receiving a fine.
Exit the carpark and the building is located in front of you up the garden steps, use the middle door to enter the building and hold the red key fob against the receiver to access the main door, the apartment is immediately up the stairs to the left labelled 12A.

50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €117 is held on 0 days before arrival and voided on 3 days after departure
